At the most recent annual meeting we were presented with the 2009 Customer Satisfaction Award. This was the fourth year in a row that we have received this prestigious recognition. The award is based on the results of customer surveys’ which are emailed to customers upon the completion of their projects.
When I first became involved in the decking industry I believed there was a market for homeowners looking for high quality projects along with a company that could provide top notch customer service. This is a creed that we have lived by since our inception and will continue to follow.
